Privacy Policy

At Aurapexivkmx we process your personal data with the rigor required by Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and, where applicable, Law No. 21,719 enacted in December 2024, which modernised the Chilean data protection framework. This document explains which data we process, with what purpose and which rights you may exercise.
1. Who is the data controller
Aurapexivkmx SpA, RUT 77.483.215-9, with domicile at Av. Apoquindo 4501, office 1208, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. You can reach us at privacidad@aurapexivkmx.com for anything related to your personal data.
2. What data we process
We process the data you give us through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data derived from your navigation (IP address, device type, browser language). We do not request sensitive data such as religion, political opinion or health status.
3. What we use it for
We use your data to reply to your queries, to send you the information you requested about real estate projects available in Chile, to comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, to assess the effectiveness of our communications through analytics tools configured with Consent Mode v2.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when you submit the form, on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you and on our legitimate interest in improving the platform. For non-essential cookies the basis is always your granular consent.
5. Retention
We keep contact-form data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. Technical logs tied to legal obligations are retained for the periods required by Chilean tax and financial regulations.
6. With whom we share data
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology providers (hosting, email, statistical analysis) acting as data processors under contract, and with Chilean authorities when a binding legal request exists.
7. Your rights
You may access, rectify, delete, object, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacidad@aurapexivkmx.com. If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 15 business days you may contact the competent Chilean authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, role-based access control, internal network segmentation and quarterly reviews of external providers.
9. Changes to this policy
If we introduce material changes we will publish the updated version on this same page, indicating the revision date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
