The Site provides general information about Aurapexivkmx and the real estate crowdlending model in Chile. The information does not in any case constitute a public offering of securities nor personalised financial advice under Chilean Law No. 18,045 on Securities Markets.

To receive detailed information you must complete the form available on the Site. You agree to provide truthful data, keep it up to date and communicate only in your own name.
3. Intellectual property
All texts, images, trademarks, logos, graphics and design elements of the Site are the property of Aurapexivkmx SpA or of third parties who authorised their use. Their reproduction, total or partial, is forbidden without written authorisation.
4. Risks and warnings
Investing in real estate projects can lead to partial or total losses of the contributed capital. Variables such as construction delays, unforeseen costs or regulatory changes may affect outcomes. Past returns do not guarantee future returns.
5. User conduct
You agree not to use the Site for illegal purposes, not to upload content infringing third-party rights, not to reverse-engineer technical components of the Site and to respect Chilean laws in force in 2026.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, but we may suspend the service for maintenance, improvements or force majeure events without that generating any compensation in your favour.
7. Changes
Aurapexivkmx may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, alongside its update date.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
